Frequently asked questions
What does Level 2 ASP mean?
It is the NSW Accredited Service Provider scheme for authorised work connecting premises to the electricity network. Our local NSW network is Essential Energy.
Is Level 2 ASP offered in Victoria?
No. Level 2 ASP is a NSW scheme. Victorian connections follow AusNet Services processes and must use the appropriate Victorian authorisations.
Can you upgrade consumer mains?
We assess the load, cable route and Essential Energy requirements, then quote the work and any network coordination needed.
Can every electrician replace a service line?
No. Network connection work requires the relevant accreditation and distributor authorisation. We confirm the scope and approvals before starting.
